- 1 tofu
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2tbsp vegetable oil
- Mixture A:
- 5 tbsp clear DASHI SAUCE
- 1-1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1-1/2tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Put flour over the Tofu.
- Heat butter and oil in saucepan.
- Pan fry the tofu until its colour turns into golden brown.
- Put Steak sauce (mixture A) to cover the tofu.
- Place the sauted mushrooms or other vegetables beside Tofu steak.
